Customer Reviews

"Very chill spot, quick service, the best sushi in the Lehigh valley. Dim lighting, low music and marvelous decor makes for such a peaceful atmosphere. I'd recommend any roll on the menu honestly, but my go-to is the tai tai roll. Not the most welcoming or warm host, but they seat and serve you quick. I won't come here in a large group without reservations."

"I was reccomended Hana sushi by several friends. I was not disappointed! The prices were fair and and the food was excellent. Small restaurant and very homey feel. I will gladly return and recommend to others"

"Sushi is extremely fresh and tasty. I do wish however that the waiter would give more of a smile to warm the chemistry around the establishment, they seemed very nice and awesome and the food came to the table fairly quickly 8-12 mins top. YES you can bring your own wine even with the most difficult cap and they will open it for you regardless. It made both my girl and I first experience very memorable. If I could give them 10 stars I would."

"A great authentic place to get rolls, sashimi and other tastey food. Stop by and sample all they have to offer. Plus...BYOB...grab a nice sake, or Taki whiskey...pairs nice with everything."

"Simple good sushi rolls. Ordered over the phone, easy and quick 20 minutes from order to pick-up. The only reason I'm not adding 5 stars is the addition of bread crumbs inside the spicy salmon rolls, which seems to be a filler, opposed to some other sushi places in the area use 100% raw salmon. The sushi was still enjoyed and everyone else was happy with their choices. So about 80% were amazing, 20% needs a little improvement. Regardless, would go back for the take-out convenience and try other rolls in the future."

"Can't say enough good things about this restaurant. We stopped in on a whim during the Stars Hollow in Nazareth event today and immediately knew we made the right choice. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, we had an attentive server, and the food was incredible -- everything was so fresh and great quality, and very reasonably priced. Such a great little gem in Nazareth!!!"

"I discovered the quality of Hana Sushi within days of moving into my apartment in 2015, just down the street. I had only eaten grocery store sushi prior to that. After eating at Hana Sushi a couple of times, a friend bought me some sushi from a nearby grocery store and I realized how fresh Hana Sushi's sushi was compared to the grocery store sushi I had been eating before I had Hana Sushi. It was quite a difference, something I can only suggest that someone try if they haven't had higher quality sushi before."
